A Blogland Dedication

Because putting it on one page wasn't enough, here it is for everyone else too. It was so long, I had to split it into two comments.

I dedicate this page to everyone who's going through a hard time. Whether it's now or later in life.

You're stronger than you know and braver than you might think. Life is like a roller coaster, it has it's ups and downs, but it's your choice whether to scream or enjoy the ride(or in my own words, do both! Life is a thrill on it's own). Faith is taking that first step, even if you can't see the whole staircase. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

I know those are inspiring quotes and probably don't help at all, but that's who I am. It's what I do. When the rest of the world says "Give up", hope is there saying "Try again".

Yes, there are times when you think it's all over and nothing seems right anymore. Yes, there are times when you're in such a rotten mood that you lash out at your friends and those who are trying to help. Yes, there are times when you think no one cares or you don't care or you care too much. Don't let the bad things get in the way of your life. You could be so far down a dark path, but if you don't give up, there's always a light shining at the end of it. But what if you can't seem to find the strength to keep going?

Why do you think there are stars out at night? Who do you think your friends are? Friends are like stars, sometimes you can't see them, but you know they're always there. Or in my own words, for this particular dedication: friends are like stars, they may not be close by, but they're there to guide you when you can't see the sun.

But people are not perfect. Even friends might not know what to say or how to help. Just know that it isn't their fault. It isn't YOUR fault. We're here to support each other, and when we can't, there will always be someone else to support US. Don't give up on yourself. Don't give up on your friends.

I love you all so much and it hurts me to see you suffering, but you want to know another quote? Probably not, but I'll say it anyway. God gives his hardest battles to his toughest soldiers. Sometimes you won't know how strong you are until it's the only thing left to be. It's okay not to be okay.

Don't hate the rose for its thorns. Thank the thorns for their roses. Everyone wants happiness, no one wants pain, but you can't have a rainbow without a little rain. (More quotes, yay)

Red is the color of love, passion, blood, and ANGER. Orange is the color of warmth, happiness, and shyness. Yellow is the color of fun, summertime, and joy. Green is the color of spring, new life, and sometimes jealousy or envy. Blue is the color of SADNESS, but also calmness like the water in a lake or the rolling blue waves of the ocean. Indigo is the color of fear and hopelessness, but there is also beauty and majesty. And purple is the color of HOPE and grace. Everything in life is like a rainbow.

So I know you're probably getting tired of all this emotional blah, so in conclusion to this dedication, I will tell you the poem I wrote two some years ago while I was still hanging around here. It's also on my Random Blog if you ever want to read it again.

A poem, a message

Life is a pain, you just want to give in.
Accept the empty feeling, curl up in a bin.
These are hard times now, but just you wait.
Things will get better, won't that be great?

Life is a gift. Don't throw it away.
Don't give up hope, face a new day.
Life's never easy, but you just gotta try,
Why weigh yourself down, when you can be free and fly?

We all have a choice, however we live.
To hold on to our problems, or let go and forgive.
We all have a choice, what's there to lose?
Live life to the fullest, that's what I choose.
